Cost Analysis / Design Consultation
DBS, Inc. will work with you to provide a space that fits your architectural style and budget. Our goal is to enhance your home without detracting from your existing structure. Detailed architectural drawings, by our in-house architect, will assist you in visualizing your proposed project as communicated with your design consultant.
Contract / Payment Schedule
Your expectations are important to us, therefore, our contracts define the quality products we use, accurately state all labor required to perform your project and detail the payment schedule tailored to your specific project. It is our intention to be fair to our clientele with a thorough and easy to understand contract.
Project Launch Meetings
Proper planning is essential to the success of your project. We outline and review any and all selections which are necessary to prepare your project for a timely start. We meticulously educate and assist you through this process step by step.
Pre-Construction Meetings
Prior to commencement, we will meet with you to discuss the arrangements and work with you to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition during the remodeling. After commencement, our lead manager and accompanying staff will be on-site daily until the work is completed.
Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance
Upon contract signing with DBS, Inc., our insurance agency will immediately mail you insurance certificates outlining our coverage.
Complying with Local Codes and Permits
DBS, Inc. is familiar with the established codes and building inspectors in your area. We will work with the building department to schedule and be present for all required inspections throughout the duration of your project.

Cleanliness
We take pride in daily immaculate clean-up. Precautions are taken with the use of carpet protect, Zip Walls (containment of dust), snow fence, maid service and landscape protection to make sure the least amount of impact is experienced.
