(Poughkeepsie, New York) December 11, 2007 – Robert A. Lutz from Poughkeepsie has been elected President of the NARI Mid-Hudson Valley Chapter for the coming year.

Lutz will take office on January 1, 2008.  Lutz is Operations Manager for Dutchess Building Specialists, Inc., a Full Service Residential Remodeling Company. Lutz has been employed by Dutchess Building Specialists, Inc. for the last eight (8) years.  Dutchess Building Specialists, Inc. first became involved with the Mid-Hudson Valley Chapter in 1996 to gain knowledge from other members sharing the same core purpose of advancing and promoting the Remodeling Industry’s professionalism, product, and vital public purpose.
